We will be focusing mainly on making emails more trendy and interactive. Many marketers shows interest if they are able to say or do something so we are about to test it this year.

Last year we made a couple of mistakes throwing out too many emails to the clients of offers and before we realized we lost a couple of clients. So, this year we will try to make it right. Less buy emails and more info emails.
