Types of Links -- Not Site Type wise

Can anybody tell me what are the types of links which we can get? I am not talking about site types wise such as forums, blogs, article submission etc. I am talking fundamental types of links which we can get.

That's wise question. I would tell you that. Here are some types which we know so far-

* The links which we get from for creating amazing and incentive content.
* Links which are referral for both sites need such as anchor text links, related posts links etc.
* Links which are put by users to help explain their information such as link put in author's bio, forum signature etc.
* Links which we get from advertising agencies.
* Inter-site links which we get from inter-linking different pages within our site.
