I just want a fair review of Entireweb Affiliate Network. They say that they pay $0.20 for every click is that even true?

They say that you can earn upto $0.20, they didn't they say that you will earn $0.20. Although I am not using them but they are good and fair according to my clients.

Although I haven't got that much per click (my rate is around $0.10) but they pay a very decent amount per click considering its an affiliate network.
