Cached page means Google has found the page. But doesn't mean that it can't pass link juice if its not cached.

*A page doesn't need to be cached in order for the page to rank or pass authority through links.
*A cache is proof Google has found the page but so is looking at the SERPs to see If the exact URL is indexed... site:domain.com/exact-internal-page-here info:domain.com/exact-internal-page-here
