Is CloudFlare 100% effective to fully stop the spammers and bot traffic?

I don't think so it's 100% effective to stop the spammers and bot traffic. Bot traffic and spammers constantly enters the site breaking all the security barriers . Cloudflare block the spam ID still some traffic enters from unwanted sources.
