How to check a domain's trust rate?

Hello, I am new to this forum. Please be kind if its a basic question to you guys.

Is there any specific way or rule for it?

The general way is to check the number of referring domains and also to check the quality of those domains.

There are lots of tools available on the web through which we can check the trust flow of the website. SEMrush, Ahref etc.
