What do you prefer CPC or CPM? While promoting an eCommerce store?

For an eCommerce site if I am not trying to make brand name then I will say that just to generate leads its best to rely on CPC.

I agree. To generate leads its pretty hard from a CPM network. CPC gets leads and conversions quite easily.

In my opinion both are good. You just have to check for yourself that which one works best for you.

CPM ads, therefore, are much more fickle. When you’re paying for CPC, what you’re paying for is a guarantee of a certain number of clicks. If your ad performs well, or your ad performs poorly, it doesn’t matter; the end result is your bank account is $5,000 lighter and your site has 5,000 more clicks. Facebook, Google, or any other platform, runs the ad as long as it takes to get the right number of clicks.

CPC is most preferable for both (User and customer side) because it deducts actually amount when ads get clicked. The user can analyze what actual traffic is and what amount of cost is deducted.

In my opinion its totally depends on the market you are in. In some cases CPC might work better and others maybe not.

CPC is an obvious choice. In the case of an eCommerce site they get the job done.

I think CPC is good because in CPC an advertiser had to pay some fee for every click according to their budget.
