I'm finding AI is quite good at auditing my site, along with helping with blog/article writing or even just suggesting blog ideas. Competitor SEO analysis is great via AI as well.

I mostly use AI for content research, keyword ideas, content outlines, and reviewing existing pages for SEO improvements. I find it works best as a supporting tool rather than something that handles the whole SEO process, especially when checking search intent and making sure the final content is actually useful.

I use Semrush One as it is an all in one SEO tool.

I don’t run SEO myself, but these AI tools are common: Claude or ChatGPT for briefs and drafts, Surfer SEO and Clearscope for on-page optimization, Semrush and Ahrefs for keyword and competitor research, Frase for outlines, and Screaming Frog for audits. For AEO, Profound and Otterly.ai track brand mentions in AI answers.
