Google SERP fluctuations has effected Ad campaigns!!

I didn't know that the SERP fluctuations effects ads. After the September Core updates our campaigns has took a very hard hit. At first CTR were very low then CTR started increasing but the traffic that came was more like a zombie traffic.

Back in the month I got the idea of investing in facebook ads for conversion. But it was a failure too they send bot traffic mostly which didb't converted at all. Any suggestions??
