Many hardware related business are very exclusively using Mobile apps now. So, I was think that if I get a software or any tool through which I can build apps and sell it to them. I surely can make profit out of it. The reason I want to use any service is because I have the least amount of knowledge in programming and also I don't want to work with any programmer.

Try 'Andromo'. Its an app maker service, you will just need the basic knowledge about any site. Its mostly free but as you are here to make profit so I will say that go for the paid one.

If you don't have any programming experience then you should hire one. Third party tools are good but they have certain limitations.
As, you stated you want to sell apps. So, your customers will also need some customization's to be done. And using a third party tool can be very problematic in that kind of situation.
