To become a blogging expert, you must own a blogging platform in the first place. I personally suggest you start off with a WordPress blog. You can also create a free account in blogger if you do not prefer managing your own domain and hosting. 

Based on your question, you do not possess writing skills. However, if you have a decent grammar knowledge and can write understandable content copy, it is good to get started. You need not have a high standard of English writing skills.  

Then, choose a niche on which you want to blog about. Choose the topic about which you already know more information. Do not go with an unknown niche. Examples are gardening, pet care, technology, marketing, etc.

Learn the SEO basics, on-page content optimization, and keyword research. 

List the trending topics in your industry with the help of free blog topic generator tools available online. 

Start writing the content. Make sure you are aware of keyword density so that you don't end up in keyword stuffing. Learn how to add keywords in between the content that looks natural.
