Is Buying Email Lists Spam ??

I am trying to buying email lists from Europe for my pottery site. But some says that its spam. I am confused. Please help.

Yeah, its true in general it is considered as a spam. As email lists are for total trust worthiness who are actually interested in your product. If you buy list and send them emails they can think of you as a spammer & the entire trust in your product becomes vulnerable.

As the admin said it is spam. But though it differs in every niche.
Your niche is super small and different, if you want you can buy a list from any B2B or B2C list provider. But remember before buying the list make sure the service is totally legit.
