Create a xml file site map and submit it to Bing through Bing Webmasters Tool. After submission have been made Bing bot will crawl to your site and you will get indexed. If you want to fasten the process then you can submit each and every url of your site manually by yourself to Bing via 'Fetch as Bingbot' under 'Diagnostics and Tools' of 'Dashboard'.
