Regional hosts are only good for the host country. But I would say they are a bit different than others. Apart from the fact that they have very limited datacenters, they still manage to get any site up and running even if it cater a different part of the world. They are a solid 7/10.

I liked them as well. But I will say that they have few things which I don't see as positive. First, their basic plans have very limited features. Secondly, even if you are in a higher plan and you still need to avail some of the services which are not included in your plan then you will have to pay a whole lot of extra for that. And moreover their advanced addon features is very costly compared to their competitors.
