Our account is set in Eastern Time Zone (US). But since we are targeting kw's for Europe the timings have to have optimize for Europe. How can I work it up?

Certainly you cannot target time separately if the account timing is in US. You just have to time prior your US time according to the corresponding Europe hours.

You just have to adjust the time zone of your campaigns according to you needs. I don't think that its possible to change the time zone of an account.

Okay just by advancing the time for few hours did the trick but I am not sure. I am targeting the right audience.
