Are push notifications bad for Mobile Marketing? I mean if a user downloads an app can I embed a push notifications in it. To see whether they are happy with the app or not?

Almost 70% users don't use the app at the first day unless its a game.

So, I will suggest that embed the notification in a way that if the users remains dormant for few days then only he or she will see the notification otherwise not.

In my opinion don't use push notifications. Because users are going to give review to your app anyway. Just don't force them.

Push notifications are what get people into your app, whereas in-app messages guide them through the app and enable marketers to reach all who are not opted into push. Using a combination of both is how you extend your reach to all app users.
