This is not very hard. Here are some tips:
1. Keep your content fresh and updated always.
2. Try to engage your visitors through blog comment system.
3. In each post of your give an extra preview of your next article.
4. In each post of your say something about your previous article and link back to it.
5. Always keep your articles in a definite storyline and also you can fragment your article in number posts if it is a huge one.
6. Try to have fun and make your readers have fun through your posts. Make them interesting, lead them by a real life example etc.
7. Ask your readers what they want and make your content according to it.
8. Ask the major players of your niche to guest post in your blog or publish their interview to increase your authenticity.
