I want a fair review of Adsoptimal ad network. I found out while surfing one of my forum sites. They has a very catchy line as of giving $15 for only joining the network.

I have applied for them. The bonus varies into three levels. When I start using it I will let you know the details. I joined the network because many people has referred me to them for mobile traffic revenue. Right now I doesn't know that how much they are effective against desktop traffic.
