Think of the something like this that when you are trying to buy something from Amazon does it matter whether the seller or the man who designed & written the product page has a degree or not.

Some agencies might prefer having Google's adwords certificates or Bing's but that's it. Certificates other than these are practically useless and have no value.

No the certificates has no value, they videos or training by which someone get certificates provide only basic information while the real and practical world beyond the certificate and basic fundamentals.
