Your question raises two type of queries here.
First one plain and simple. Do we accept guest posts or not?? Yes we do that.
Second question that you might be asking is that whether or not we accept guest posts via "submit guest posts" in our blogs!! The answer is No, we don't do that.

I once accepted guest posts that way. End up getting a manual action penalty for outgoing links.
